Payment Procedures and Product Return/Refund Policy:

When you place your order, our web site will calculate your generic shipping and handling costs for you. Then at check-out, and before you submit your order, you will know the exact amount what will be charged to your credit card. Prior to clicking the ordering “submit” button you can choose to not submit the order merely by closing your browser.

Before your order is shipped, you will be contacted to confirm correct gerber placement with your PCB Stencil order. Contact will be made via email. This ensures that the best quality stencils are delivered.

We accept the following methods of payment only: VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover. We do not accept PayPal, money orders, cashier's checks, traveler's checks, e-checks, or personal checks directly; nor any other method of payment except what is listed here in this section.

Refund/Return policy:

If you need to return, refund or exchange any product for any reason (shipping damage, or other) Upon receiving your products, please be especially careful to retain all shipping information, including packing materials.

Refunds will be given by refunding the method you chose to originally pay with. For example, if you paid by a credit card, your money will be refunded to that specific card. To qualify for a refund you must first contact us via EMAIL or by calling toll free at (888) 527-5007 with the reason for refund, and the relative product information involved with the refund request.

All close-outs and special orders are non-refundable. All orders offered with a discount incentive are non-refundable.

Canceling an order: will do everything possible to accommodate you, however the best way to ensure cancellation is with proper communication. First, you must notify us as soon as possible via EMAIL or with our toll free number (888) 527-5007 that you wish to cancel your order. Secondly, as soon as we receive and process the request, we will start the process to cancel your order. This is so because, your online order is picked up in order of arrival by order department (Mon-Fri, 9am - 7pm, MST Mountain Standard Time) and processed as quickly as possible in house with the products, so that your order will arrive as soon as possible.
